Job Summary:
· Aid in reception tasks, registration, financial guidance, payment collection, and other administrative duties.
Responsibilities:
Patient Care Management
-Welcome and assist patients or visitors at the reception counter courteously.
-Complete patient registrations for both inpatient and outpatient cases, accurately collecting addresses, contact details, insurance information, and medical histories.
-Verify and update patient information during each visit while maintaining confidentiality.
-Respond promptly and courteously to phone calls and inquiries.
-Guide patients and visitors to examination rooms as needed.
-Schedule patient appointments and send reminder calls and SMS notifications.
-Inform patients about any delays or waiting times.
-Offer financial counseling to patients and their families.
-Collect payments for services provided.
-Close daily accounts and deposit cash.
-Maintain cleanliness and organization of the counter and patient waiting areas.
-Adhere strictly to infection control measures, exercising standard precautions and maintaining good hand hygiene.
-Provide guidance to both inpatients and outpatients on necessary procedure preparation.
-Assist in maintaining cleanliness and upkeep of the assigned work area within the imaging facility.
-Assist in transferring patients to and from the imaging facility.
Administrative Management
-Replenish patient brochures and office stationery.
-Perform clerical duties including filing, data reporting for statistics.
-Arrange for maintenance and repair work as needed.
-Take on additional duties as assigned by the operation manager or supervisors.
-Report any errors promptly to the supervisor.
Requirements:
-Minimum GCE 'N' Level qualification.
-Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
-Computer literacy.
-Preferably possess experience in a healthcare setting.
