Work Location: Mapletree Business City

Working Hours: Monday to Friday Office Hours

Monthly pay: up to $3450 per month

6 Months Contract

Responsibilities:

• Check and reply to queries in fund mailboxes
• Check applicants' eligibility and application documents
• Conduct initial assessment of new applications and make recommendation for acceptance or rejection
• Liaise with internal teams to seek support for new applications
• Arrange meetings with applicants to review and refine project proposals
• Assist in processing applications i.e generating assessment forms, Form of Agreement and Letter of Offer
• Process rejected applications and inform applicants
• Arrange documents for endorsement of projects by Steering committee
• Arrange physical/hybrid meetings with Steering committee members
• Support publicity to potential fund applicants
• Assist in publicising awarded projects on website and social media
• Update projects' information and store all important documents in shared drive
• Organise all the emails in mailboxes and information in shared drive for easy retrieval
• Conduct desktop research (e.g. cost norms, salary guide)

Requirements:

• Degree and above
• Prior experience in Project and budget management, business administration
• Possesses good organisational skills and high attention to detail
• Writes well and has good verbal communication skills
• Dynamic and results-oriented team player with strong initiative
• Fast learner and efficient in delivering tasks
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office and Outlook
