• Manage company fleet of vehicles
• Manage HR System & staff enquiries, HR arrangements
• Manage worker's HR attendance/Leave application/enrolment/resignation & other related enquiries
• Ensure that basic book-keeping is in order
• Other administrative work
• Assist in sales & marketing related work (e.g. trade shows/promotions)

Requirements

• Basic computer skillset (including MS Office, Google Workspace, Canva Design, Infotech, Business Central)
• Able to correspond in both English & Chinese
• Able to work independently
• Good attitude

Other administrative work which is not listed may be assigned ad-hoc basis.

Our tuition centre is looking for an administrative executive who can perform the following tasks:

1. Customer enquiries and sales matters.

2. Attendance matters.

3. Payment matters.

4. Lesson notes matters.

Must be:

1. IT Saavy- possess basic knowledge of using computer, social media apps.

2. Proficient in written and spoken English & Mandarin.

3. Creative and innovative.

4. Team player.

5. Microsoft excel and word proficient.

No prior working experience required. Training will be provided.

Location: Near Admiralty MRT

Working hours: Wed-Fri 2-10pm. If you want, can also work Sun and Mon as well.

Bukit Timah Saddle Club is one of the leading equestrian clubs in Singapore. We are looking for the right candidate to join us in a permanent full-time position.

Main Responsibilities

· Primarily to provide administrative and secretarial support to the Riding School Office and General Manager.

· Manage day-to-day administrative duties.

· Attend to email, phone and walk-in enquiries.

· Maintain proper filing of documents and other office systems.

· Provide support for Club’s events such as competitions and corporate events.

· Other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

· Working Days: 5 Days Work Week (Off on Mondays and Sundays).

· Working Hours: 8.30am – 6.00pm.

· Diploma holder with at least 3 years of relevant work experience.

· Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint. Basic knowledge of desktop publishing software MS Publisher and web design using Wordpress will be an added advantage.

· Good written and oral communication skills in English are essential. Fluency in a second language will be an added advantage.

· Self-motivated and able to work independently with minimum supervision at times.

· Good interpersonal skills; flexible/adaptable and able to work with all levels in the club.

· A supportive team player and possesses a strong customer service mindset, resourceful with good organisational skills.

· Prior working experience with horses/animals are not essential but must be comfortable working in an environment with animals and occasionally outdoors during events.

· Preferably possess own transport; office located at Kranji.

· Able to start work immediately or within short notice.

· Open to Singaporeans & Singapore Permanent Residents only.
