Position: Workplace Administrator/Administrative Executive
Location: Singapore
Job Responsibilities:
1. Workplace Maintenance
a. Oversee the overall cleanliness and organization of the office.
b. Liaise with cleaning staff to ensure high standards of hygiene and cleanliness are maintained.
c. Conduct regular checks of office facilities and address maintenance issues promptly.
2. Client Reception
a. Prepare and manage meeting rooms for client visits, including refreshments and necessary materials.
b. Provide professional and friendly reception services to visitors.
3. Storage and Inventory Management
a. Organize and maintain the office storage areas.
b. Track and replenish office supplies to ensure availability for employees.
c. Manage the inventory of stationery, office equipment, and other consumables.
4. Office Equipment Maintenance
a. Monitor and coordinate maintenance of office equipment, including printers, copiers, and other workplace tools.
b. Ensure all equipment is functioning properly and address any malfunctions with service providers.
5. General Administrative Support
a. Assist with other administrative tasks as needed to ensure smooth office operations.
b. Support internal events or activities, ensuring the workplace is ready for all occasions.
Job Requirements:
1. Education and Experience
a. Diploma or equivalent qualification; no prior experience is required, but administrative experience is a plus.
2. Skills
a. Good organizational and time-management skills.
b. Ability to multitask and work independently.
c. Basic understanding of office equipment maintenance is preferred.
3. Personality Traits
a. Friendly, approachable, and willing to assist others.
b. Strong attention to detail and a proactive attitude.
4. Other Requirements
a. Must be a Singapore Citizen or Permanent Resident (PR).
5. Language
a. Proficiency in English; knowledge of Chinese is a plus to coordinate with diverse stakeholders.
6. Availability
a. Must be available to work full-time, based in the office.
