Our esteemed client, an established MNC, is searching for a Material and General Administrator:

Job Responsibilities:

• Material Processing & Indirect Material Administration
• Oversee the smooth operation of material processing, including planning, ordering, receiving, and SNP arrangements.
• Monitor the material system to ensure a steady supply to production.
• Manage material resale and recycling arrangements with affiliate factories.
• Administer waste disposal processes.
• Cleanroom Uniform Administration
• Handle the ordering, stock control, laundry, and distribution of cleanroom uniforms for SP5150.
• Oversee weekly waste collection, coordinating with external waste vendors and production teams.
• General Administrative Support
• Set up printers based on individual applications (A2, B4 office).
• Prepare and set up training rooms, ensuring proper handover.
• Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superiors.

Job Requirements:

• Min Higher Nitec/Diploma in any related field.
• Min 0-1 year of relevant working experience is preferred.

Additional Information:

• Salary: Up to SGD 2,800 +AWS +VB (Around 2 Months)
• Working Location: North

Job Scopes

• Inventory Management: Maintain accurate inventory records and perform regular stock checks.

• Order Fulfillment and Billing: Receive and process orders from e-commerce platforms (Lazada, Shopee), ensure accurate billing and invoicing.
• Warehouse Coordination: Liaise with warehouses to ensure efficient storage and dispatch of goods.
• Partner Coordination: Collaborate with partners to resolve any logistical and payment issues .
• Data Entry: Accurately key in data for inventory, invoices, and orders.

Requirements

• 1-2 years of experience in logistics administration or related field.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word.
