This position will be part of the Customer Credit Risk Management for Singapore. The incumbent will be responsible for the following:

• Own full accountability of end-to-end customer credit risk management for consumer
• Own risk outcomes and credit metrics
• Develop a thorough understanding of the expected and unexpected credit losses in the business and communicate them effectively to business leaders

Business Support Manager – Private Wealth and Institutional Business

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the team function from multiple levels, covering client onboarding, client service, and team operation.
• To qualify inbounding leads from multiple channels with a set of discovery questions including lead qualification, so to better allocate best sales resources. It can involve simple platform and product introduction when needed.
