What you'll be doing:

• Coordinate with sales leadership and the global sales enablement team to define sales enablement priorities and build, deploy and track enablement programs
• Act as a liaison between cross functional teams.
• Create, edit and approve content to educate the sales team to advance deals with development of use case studies, competitive information, persona understanding and custom work.
• Train sales team on best use of sales enablement materials, sales tools, onboarding and product updates

• Define sales enablement best practices and facilitate and produce a cadence of regular onboarding and ongoing development workshops (virtual or face to face)
• Conduct and report on results and surveys.
• Gather feedback from sales team on a regular basis to constantly improve support programs.
• Drive high standards and values for our enablement team and brand.

About the role

· The Plant Manager has end to end site accountability for all day-to-day activities in order to meet short, medium- and long-term goals, including Safety, Food Safety, Quality, Financials, Performance, Sustainability and Customer requirements. Key responsibilities include
