The Position

Acts as the custodian of Boehringer Ingelheim's brand and reputation and ensures excellence in both internal and external communications. • Defines and executes fully integrated, strategic, campaign-driven and impactful communications, maximizing (product) awareness and managing the brand and reputation of Boehringer Ingelheim to support profitable growth of the portfolio across the Animal Health and Human Pharma businesses.
• Develops and manages plans for handling communications at times of crisis; advises senior management on all aspects of communications at such times; creates and delivers any necessary communications and engagement plans following a crisisRisks to reputation are minimized, stakeholders are managed appropriately, and the organization is restored to "business as usual" as quickly as possible.
• Drives the ROPU ASKAN’s Sustainable Development for Generations (SD4G) and local community engagement communications.

Requirements

• Master’s / Bachelor's Degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field, with at least 10 – 15 years of relevant work experience in Corporate Affairs. Experience in Pharmaceutical / Life Sciences industry a plus
• An experienced and highly motivated leader in developing communications and public & government affairs at both a strategic and operational level for the region.

The Position

• Lead the translation of global TA/brand strategies into regional strategies and ensure aligned OPU execution.
• Subject matter experts on the topics of pricing, access, HEOR and healthcare affairs for the respective TA/brands.
• Guides OPUs in the development and review of P&R dossiers and the associated negotiations.
• Provide OPUs with learnings and best practices from other markets and support capability development across ASKAN.
• Represent MAHA in ROPU brand teams and contribute to brand deliverables e.g., ICPs.
• Advocate with Corporate to ensure that the global market access strategies and deliverables meet the needs of ASKAN markets.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Contribute to the development of MAHA capabilities in OPUs. Provide key MAHA knowledge & insights to ROPU brand teams. Represent MAHA in other cross-functional settings.
• Lead Corporate-ASKAN interactions for respective brands/TAs. Ensure the needs of ASKAN payers and markets are reflected in global strategies and deliverables for the respective brands/TAs.
• Support the Head of MAHA with ad hoc project work (e.g., special projects, early clinical development inputs) as required.

Requirements

• Bachelor degree and/or post-graduate qualification in pharmacy, epidemiology, health economics or economics, public health, biostatistics or related fields.

BRAND/MARKETING MANAGER

Main responsibilities:

Reporting to the Marketing Director, the Brand/Marketing Manager is responsible for a group of brands.

He or she makes the link between the international brand principals and the local brand team based in Bangladesh.

Duties and responsibilities

Brand management .

· Build and execute the yearly brand marketing plans

· Design presentations and marketing reports to share with the brands

· Prepare pitch book for new potential brands (marketing section of the business plan)

Operational marketing

· Build and implement the 360 launch plans for new brands/product launches

· Oversee the execution of all the marketing activities (ABT and BTL) and ensure the local team has the necessary brand assets to execute on time, with high standards and in line with the guidelines

Corporate Training and marketing

· Bring some support to the training team to design some modules for the corporate training program

Requirements

· Minimum bachelor’s degree in marketing or business

· At least 3 years of experience in brand management

· Previous experience in the beauty/luxury/FMCG industries is an advantage

Outlet Manager

Summary of Responsibilities:

The main responsibilities and tasks of this position are as listed below, but not limited to these:

• Manage and coordinate daily Front of the House and Heart of the House operations with right delegation

STORE MANAGER

KEY MISSIONS

● Be responsible for leading the retail team to achieve the assigned sales goals for the store and for each individual

● Work closely with the Senior Manager and/or the APAC Trainer to train and motivate the retail team, enhance team morale, and maintain a positive and efficient environment

The Revenue Manager leads the revenue strategy for the Worldwide Hotels portfolio, leveraging advanced data analysis, market intelligence, and strategic planning. This role drives revenue growth by optimizing pricing, inventory, and distribution strategies across all channels.

KEY KPI’s

• KPI 1: Lead the identification and resolution of revenue challenges affecting the RevPAR Index for the Worldwide Hotel portfolio, ensuring strategies are promptly adjusted.
• KPI 2: Provides reports and market intelligence through close monitoring of competitors performance, strategies and pricing structures to Revenue Leadership to assist in creating detailed forecasts on a daily, weekly and monthly basis.

Revenue Analysis & Data Management

• Maximize revenue potential and ensure proactive and accurate maintenance and management of all systems including but not limit to Opera Cloud, Channel Manager, Revenue Management System
• Lead the WWH Revenue team in preparing necessary documents, reports, and presentation for departmental, weekly revenue meeting, monthly reporting and quarterly review.
• Ensure that all necessary reports are maintained and systematically analysed, including but not limited to: STR, Market Segment Analysis, Source Contribution, Internet Production, Pickup and Pace by Segment, Ancillary Fees Contribution and Room Type Statistics.
• Compiles information, analyses and monitors actual sales against projected sales. Extracts and analyses data to draw viable/actionable business conclusions.
• Generate detailed reports and presentations, providing actionable recommendations that align with the overall revenue strategy.
• Drive revenue initiatives across the organization, mentor junior associate, and lead cross-functional teams to execute revenue strategies.
• Challenge existing processes and systems, seeking innovative solutions to drive revenue, enhance value, and improve operational efficiency.
• Manage escalations for technical issues related to reservations, revenue management systems, and property management systems, coordinating with support teams for resolution.
