Manage and perform a portfolio of internal investigations and anti-corruption reviews of Emerson divisions in Asia Pacific independently or in a supervisory role. Prepare and review reports to the Ethics Committee. Train and supervise staff to develop resources in Asia Pacific. Support Ethics & Compliance projects and initiatives as needed.

1. Manage and perform Investigation (70%)
Manage a portfolio of ethics cases and carry out investigations independently or in a supervisory role.
· Review and perform preliminary assessment of ethics allegations received. Prepares responses to informants.
· Formulate investigation approach & strategy.
· Perform investigations and conduct interviews.
· Liaise with internal and external parties for expert advice/input e.g. legal.
· Document findings with appropriate evidence and draft report.
· Communicate with management on findings and remedial actions.
2. Train and develop staff (20%)
§ Coach and train staff on both technical and soft skills to perform investigation and anti-corruption review
§ Review and approve workpapers and reports prepared by the staff and provide feedback for improvement
§ Provide immediately feedback on performance to staff when appropriate and complete performance evaluations on timely basis
3. Others (10%)
§ Develop professional relationships within Emerson Aisa and external service providers
§ Other Compliance tasks as required and assigned by the company.

5. Qualifications and Experience
Describe the level of education, professional qualification, training, experience, people management skill, which are the minimum requirement for effective performance in this job.
Must:
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance or Business
- Minimum 8 years of experience in a forensic investigation role (Big 4 or ICAC)
- Fluency in written and spoken English, other language skills is a plus
- Willingness to travel extensively and with short notice
- Willingness to work independently and take up challenges
- Individual of high integrity and standard of ethics. Open minded and objective.
Preferred:
- CPA or CFE preferred
- Candidate with work experience from Law Enforcement Agency.
