THE ROLE – Manager, Hegen Lactation Centre

You will be instrumental in spearheading and shaping the business channels and strategies for Hegen Lactation Centre (HLC). Your responsibilities will involve implementing creative strategies and collaborating with various stakeholders to propel both commercial success and community engagement.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and lead strategic plans to grow HLC by working closely with Commercial, Marketing, in-house lactation consultants and executives to curate service offerings for Hegen customers (B2C/B2B)
• Manage the operations of HLC by ensuring that it meets the planned objectives, enabling the business to achieve commercial targets and drive strong brand awareness
• Identify potential partnerships and initiatives to expand the business channel(s) and drive greater awareness towards the adoption of HLC services
• Create programme and campaigns to inform and educate target audience about HLC services
• Ensure continuous delivery of best-in-class and seamless customer experience
• Lead a team of Lactation Consultant(s) and business operations team to reach commercial success
• Spearhead planning of HLC outreach (i.e babyfairs) to build rapport and educate customers on HLC offerings
• Perform and leverage research and competitors’ analysis to develop competitive business strategy, such as programme offering, pricing strategy and benchmarking
• Analyse and study industry trends on breastfeeding, lactation and healthcare information to bring new and latest insights with feasibility into HLC

Requirements:

• At least 3 years’ experience in a business development/corporate sales/business center function with P&L responsibility
• Strong business acumen, critical thinking, and the ability to formulate actionable insights and recommendations to drive the success of Hegen Lactation Centre (HLC)
• Exceptional leadership and team management skills, fostering a collaborative work environment
• Demonstrated capability to build strong relationships with both internal and external stakeholders
• Excellent presentation skills, enabling effective communication to inspire and influence
• Willingness to commit on Saturdays whenever possible to support HLC operations
