Responsibilities

Manages human resource operations by recruiting, selecting, orienting, training, coaching, counseling, and disciplining staff; planning, monitoring, appraising, and reviewing staff job contributions; maintaining compensation and benefits strategies. Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for the management of effective and responsive human resources function.

• Manage and liaise with insurance broker and adjusters on all insurance claim cases.
• Develops Employee Engagement Plan and executes plan to ensure high employee engagement
• To recommend staff welfare activities and implement programs/ activities that support Company social, environmental and charitable causes.
• Work closely with various Head of Departments on manpower planning, recruitment and development of all departments
• To manage the overall HR and payroll services rendered to subsidiaries.
• Overall responsible for the smooth running of the HR information system.
• Oversee and manage Corporate Office Admin and Reception

Qualifications

• Degree Holder in Human Resource Management or Business Administration
• 5 to 7 years of HR experiences with minimum 3 years of experience in supervisory role
• Knowledge and application of local employment statutory regulations, policies, and practices
• Experience in leading through change in Retail Environment is a plus
