The Business Development Manager (TH, MY, ID) is responsible for closely monitoring market trends and competitors' dynamics, promptly adjusting business strategies to adapt to changes, and developing innovative marketing plans to expand the company's influence and market share.

This position reports to the Head of Sales, Microscopy and is part of the Microscopy Sales Team located in the SEA Region and will be working remotely to cover Thailand, Malaysia and Indonesia region.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Revenue and Strategy Management: Oversee the revenue generation for the assigned division and region by formulating and executing business development plans and division strategies.
