Job Description

1. Logging/resolving User Queries.

2. User administration for the project with regards to client and consultants IDs in the DEV and

QA environment.

3. Backup to PMO tasks.

4. Audit and Operation report preparation.

5. IR/SR/CR administration and alerting.

6. Basic administration of the ServiceNow tool, including ticket assignment, creating new users etc.

There is currently an open position for an IT Helpdesk Analyst.

• The purpose is to handle emails, phone calls and provide remote assistance: IT helpdesk first-level support. To provide technical support to Chinese-speaking end-users. Proficiency in Chinese Mandarin is a must.
• Call Center experience is advantageous

Responsibilities

• Conduct performance testing and analysis of applications using Load Runner, Blazemeter, Jmeter, and other relevant tools.
• Create and execute performance test plans, scenarios, and scripts for a variety of applications, including Java-based, MQ, and Web Services.
• Collaborate with development and operations teams to identify performance issues and recommend improvements.
• Perform production workload analysis to understand and replicate real-world usage patterns.

Required Skills

· Work with BAU teams to identify and agree user requirements for strategic Cleared Derivatives architecture solutions

· Work with BAU teams to understand impact of Regulatory change and inform design of strategic solutions for implementation
