You will participate in the specification, design and design maintenance of high-tech mechanic system solutions for professional mechatronic equipment, and enable optimal functionality and cost effective engineering of those systems. • Quotation Phase: create a plan with scope, cost and lead time estimation together with the project team and the customer
• Feasibility phase: consolidate customer requirement specifications into an investigation of the feasibility of mechanical concepts
• Definition Phase: develop Description of System Design Requirements and Specifications.
• System Design Phase: generation of system design concepts and reviews
• Develop well-considered choices, validated against system requirements
• Definition of high level modules and related technical interfaces
• Monitor that projects stay within agreed specifications
• Make use of your creativity and helicopter view to find solutions in case of conflicts.
• Detail Phase: create 3-D models and drawings

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Electrical or Electro-mechanical engineering, preferably with a focus on motion systems
• Knowledge of electric design principles of cabling, connectors, safety systems, electronic racks, PCB design
• User of 3D design tools and schematic drawing tools (e.g. NX, SolidWorks, E-Plan)
• Basic programming skills and ability to debug electrical systems

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Carry out structural design and produce professional engineering calculation complying to Eurocodes and prevailing building control regulations
• Attending technical meetings with authorities, developer and contractors
• Prepare technical engineering report and draft for shop draawing
• Check shop drawing complying to design intent
• Assists Senior Engineers in day to day activity on the projects
• Other duties related to steel structure site erection

Requirements:

Responsibilities:-

1. Prepare material requisition lists for job requirements.

2. Plan and design electrical switchboards, consoles and control panels according to customer's requirements and Terasaki standards.

3. Prepare approval drawings, shop drawings, final drawings / documents, short circuit calculations, instruction manuals as required for submission to clients and shop floor production.

4. Co-ordinate with clients and consultants on the technical requirements. Attend technical discussions with clients and consultants when required.

5. Feed back to Sales & Marketing Department on the changes of technical requirements by clients for claims of additional costs and time.

9. Liaise with GM, Production Department for the range of standard product and detail design of all in house products.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare Engineering Document (Technical Specification, Calculation, drawings, etc) in the development of new designs and products.
