Managing and delivering day-to-day operational requirements of Clients on all projects

Content creation & copywriting

The Singers must be able to perform songs for entertainment purpose. Additionally, the singer cares for our guests by performing requested songs from our guests and set the mood and atmosphere, engage the audience by creating a connection through their music. Singers command attention and becoming the pub’s focal point and guiding its energy, making the pub an enjoyable place for its guests. Availability must include nights and weekends.

Responsibilities:

• Perform 3 sets of song performance each night, including requested songs from guests. Duration of each set is approximately 1 hour.
• Greet incoming and departing Guests warmly with a genuine smile and eye contact; escort them to assigned dining/drinking areas; present menus;
• Inform guests of current promotion
• Protect establishment and patrons by adhering to sanitation, safety and alcohol control policies
• Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed

• Work in Project Team to develop and document Project BIM-Model according to Company standards and processes
• Responsible for the CAD drafting and modelling of piping, HVAC, sanitation / plumbing system and electrical system / power plant layouts
• Create and modify existing engineering design and models
• Coordinate and communicate with clients, consultants, contractors and project team members
• Ensure drawing and design meet projects / tenders deadline
