Mediatek’s Memory Design Automation team is looking for fresh talent to join us as a modeling engineer for the development of behavioral, FPGA, timing and DFT simulation models. The role will be required to create, debug and optimize SRAM models for ASIC design flow.

The candidate must be a team player, able to communicate clearly and concisely to deliver quality work on time.

About the team:

The Mediatek’s Memory modelling team collaborates with the world-wide memory design teams to create and qualify front-end models for use in the ASIC design flow. Team members will also be expected to perform circuit design verification to ensure memory circuits robustness.

What you do:

• Develop and integrate automation code into existing memory compilers to generate models meant for ASIC design flow.
• Develop automation flow and scripts with Perl or Python.
• Execute EDA tools from vendors such as Synopsys, Mentor to verify models’ correctness.
• Stay up to date with current modeling standards and development to improve models and flows for better memory IP performance.
• Work with memory design, compiler team and DFT team and tool vendors to resolve model issues and find solutions.

What you bring:

• Must have a Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or related discipline with at least 3 years of semiconductor industry experience.
• Have at least 3 years experience using Linux systems.
• Good understanding of verilog syntax and its various aspects, such as behavioral, RTL and synthesizable verilog is a must.
• Good understanding of liberty timing syntax.
• Good understanding of upf and system verilog.
• Knowledge and experience with EDA simulation tools such as VCS, NC is required
• Experience with EDA tools will be helpful:

o DFT: Logicvision, Tessent, Fastscan

o Synthesis: Design compiler, Genus

o Simulation tools:VCS, QuestaSim, NC

o STA tools such as PrimeTime

• Good scripting and flow automation skills, in Perl or Python.
• A team player, meticulous, able to work and learn independently are important attributes for this job.

• Develop and review test plans.

• Develop verification IP and reference model.
• Implement test with randomization based coverage driven verification methodology.
• Implement functional and functional/code coverage closure.
• Hands-on code/debug with UVM, SystemVerilog, Verilog and SystemC.
• Low Power verification.
• Verification automation flow.

What you will bring

• Bachelor's/Master's Degree in EEE/Computer/IC design/equivalent.
• With min. of 8 years of relevant verification experiences.
• With IC/ASIC design verification experience on SOC, Ethernet, PCIe, DDR, USB, ARM CPU.
• Strong experience and debugging ability on SystemVerilog/UVM.
• Skilled in Synopsys/Cadence/Mentor Simulator and debugging flow.
• Experience on Low Power and formal verification is a plus.
• Strong in UNIX scripting with Pyhon, Perl, makefile Cshell.
• Fast learner and a good team player.
• Candidates with more years of experience will be considered for a more senior role.

Responsibilities:

- Full lifecycle development from design to mass production of backend semi-conduct equipment with high speed and high accuracy, including:

- Design requirements collection and analysis

- Conceptual design and verification, proof of concept

- Detaile design, 3D modeling (Solidedge/Solidworks…), 2D drawings

- CAE of vibration, thermal, fluid…

- Procurement of prototype parts from internal and external sources

- Cooperate with production on fabrication, assembly and testing, create assembly and test procedures for mass production

Requirements:

- Bachelor and above level degree in mechanical engineering,

- Self-motivated, autonomous learning of mechanical engineering fundamentals on high performance mechanism, including

- Vibration theories, vibration measurement, isolation and damping

- Static mechanics, dynamic mechanics, structural mechanics, materials, heat transfer theory, fluid dynamics

- Solenoid and pneumatic components selection

- Tolerance analysis

- Fabrication methods, DFM, DFA

- Fresh graduates with relevant experience are also welcomed

- Be able to travel abroad for business trip and able to work in a multicultural

environment and with people at all levels

- Proficient in written and spoken English

- Able to speak fluent Mandarin would be an advantage (to liaise with Chinese

The Assistant Account Manager, Client Engagement will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth and expanding our client base within the events and exhibitions industry.

Responsible for managing client relationships and ensuring the successful delivery of events. Working closely with clients to understand their needs and translate them into unforgettable experiences. ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities aligned to Pico’s broad service capabilities in events, exhibitions, retail, experiential marketing, content, and technology.
• Lead pitches and proposal development. Includes working with the relevant team and producers to pull together the required Specialist Services to develop the proposal.
• Competent in leading client’s strategies and to identify client’s needs and to create strategies to meet those needs.
• Grow the business both locally and regionally through a strategic account management approach and look to continuously improve the planning and execution of activities planned by our clients.
• Key responsibility is to establish and maintain relationships with identified clients, both new and existing. Hosting of regular POV meetings with the client to share insights and extend the value creation will be expected of you.
• Forge relationships with new clients and strengthen those with existing clients through the implementation of communication plans, thus creating strong visibility to the strategic support that is provided.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Min Diploma with at least 1-2 years of relevant working experience.

• Exposure on different types of projects such as events, multi-media, online, interactive, direct marketing and social media, etc.
• Ability to effectively manage project teams assembled from different business units within a large corporate agency.

Job Responsibilities:

• Schematic capture, optimization and simulation.
• Develop efficient circuit designs and digital STD cell library meeting performance, power and area target.
• Study and invent new digital STD cell circuit architecture.
• Work with a layout designer to implement the layout of circuit.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or above in Electronics, Computer Science, or related fields.
• Experience on high performance and low-power analog design.
• Experience on deep sub-micron process technology (12nm and below) taped outs.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
