• Develop and create designs for events and exhibitions, with the ability to enhance retail environments, covering the entire process from conceptualization to production.

Job Requirements:

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in the field.
• Proficiency in design software such as AutoCAD, 3D Max, Vray, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Minimum qualification of a Diploma in Events & Exhibition Design, Interior Design, or related fields.
• Strong technical knowledge in production processes and materials, with an understanding of multimedia technology and a keen interest in industry innovations and trends.
• Possess a creative flair with meticulous attention to detail and proficiency in space planning.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Capable of leading large-scale projects with minimal supervision.
• Able to lead the Creative Team to fulfill design requirements with innovative ideas and timely execution.
• Clear and precise in communicating design concepts with accurate specifications.

Salary: $3,000 - $4,000
Working Timing: Monday to Friday – 9 am to 6 pm
Working Location: Near Aljunied / MacPherson / Paya Lebar MRT

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma or equivalent.
• Min 2 years relevant experience
• Experience in project management (Able to handle Projects ), A&A works, M&E services, As-Built drawing, site supervision and coordination, compliances, and regulations.
• Knowledge / Related Experience in ACMV, Electrical, Fire Protection System, Plumbing and Sanitary Services, and installation of M&E Services on site

Responsibilities:

• Maintains project team accomplishments by communicating essential information; coordinating actions; obtaining expert input; reviewing open issues and action items; contributing information to team meetings and reports; escalating project completion impediments.
• Day-to-day management on site, including supervising and monitoring the site and co-ordinate sub-contract works.
• Liaise with clients and consultants on project.
• Produce proper reports and documentation before and after project completion.
• Complies with codes and regulations by complying with requirements; preparing permit applications, plans, and compliance reports.
• Assist to update of As-Built drawing on site.
• And all other General Administration works as instructed.
