• Involved in large projects ranging from commercial, industrial, institutional, residential, healthcare and etc.
• Coordinate and carry out tender, evaluation, recommendation and award processes.
• Confidently administer the contract and effectively manage the project team and Consultants for best results.
• Proactively identify and resolve technical coordination, site and/or authorities compliance problems.
• Well versed with planning, codes and building regulations and be updated on contractual and authorities’ requirements.
• Strong design portfolio exhibiting a range of sustainable design project experience.
• Possess creative design thinking and excellent design detailing skills.

Requirements

• Architectural masters/degree recognized by Board of Architects Singapore.
• Minimum 5 years of post graduate architectural experience.
• Bim/Revit, Archicad, Autocad, Sketchup, In-Design, as well as basic rendering and graphics publishing software programs.

Other information

• 2 years contract basis (upon expiry of contract, either extension or conversion to perm based on performance, there is no bond to be served)

-To assist the Project Manager in the daily execution of work.

-To supervise the work of sub-contractors and in-house workers.

-To work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule.

-Ensure installation is carried out as per construction drawings.

-Overseeing the work of other construction workers, ensuring that tasks are performed efficiently and according to safety regulations and quality standards.

-Understand and ensure compliance in project requirement and scope of work.

-To assist in preparing the construction site, including clearing debris, setting up safety barriers, and ensuring a safe working environment.

- Identifying opportunities for process improvement and suggesting solutions to enhance efficiency and quality

- Keeping track of daily progress and reporting to project managers on completed tasks and any potential issues.

Responsibilities:

Formulate strategic plans to identify, target and clinch corporate clients.

Expand clientele base through active acquisition of new clients.

Draw up networking proposals customized to individual sector.

Liaison between client, designer and other parties leading up to the project, ensuring client’s requirements are met and exceeded.

Prepare sales and marketing materials Assist in organizing sales and marketing events.

Achieve and Deliver Sales Target Ensure all drawings and proposals are generated on time.

Support in all aspect of Sales activities.

Manage and maintain customer relationship.

Collate and evaluate customer feedback and highlighting customer complaints from customers for management analysis.

Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of working experience in commercial or retail sales preferably experience in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.

Strong business acumen and analytical skills with ability to formulate sales and business development strategies.

Strong sense of ownership and are able to manage multiple deals in a pipeline end to end.

Strong communication skills with ability to build rapport with customers and gather market information.

Self-disciplined, able to meet ambitious customer visit targets and submit reports on time.

Team oriented character, able to achieve individually and contribute to team’s achievement.

• Providing professional advice on space planning, design conceptualization and materials.
• Conducting site visit and discussion with client on layout plan.
• Oversee interior design process for entire project consistent with project timeline, budget and program.
• Multi-task and able to work independently.
• Good interpersonal & communication skills.
• Preferably bilingual in English & Mandarin to liaise effectively with Mandarin speaking client.
• Knowledge of construction materials, details, furniture, fabrics and lighting etc.

Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities

• Initiate guest interaction and deliver tip top service
• Encourage and provide advice to guests on how to pose for photographs
• Process and compile the finished products for sale
• Handle cashiering duties
• Prepare the site for daily operations
• Ensure that individual and overall sales target is achieved

Requirements:

• Possess at least 1 year of experience as a frontline staff in any industry
• Must be able to work on weekends and public holidays
• Strong in communication and interpersonal skills
• Possess an approachable and positive attitude
