• Ensure compliance with architecutral specifications and achieve quality aspect of architectural works without deviation to authority requirements
• Responsible to the project stakeholders for accomplishing the project objectives within the constraints such as project scope, time, cost and quality of the project.
• Prepare any necessary construction method statement and technical proposal to ensure smooth transition of works
• To coordinate architectural work, prepare estimates, interpret plans and inspect construction sites
• To coordinate architectural and consultant drawings to ensure consistency in construction documents
• Resolve all site architectural issues (i.e. drawings discrepancies, method statements or correspondences) and implement the right methods to ensure quality and productivity, using BIM software or equivalent
• To liaise with client, consultant and specialist subcontractors for project execution if required
• Arrange and attend joint site inspections with all system wide and in-house contractors if required
• Review and report on the progress of architectural works
• Liaise and work closely with the civil construction team and follow the construction progress closely
• Assist in ensuring that all architectural construction requirements are incorporated into the site construction
• To assist in construction administration process by attending site visits if required
• Compile and handover of architectural documentations including as-built drawing submissions
• To ensure the project complies with regulations, which includes revising the project design as necessary to achieve client satisfaction
• Adhere to safety and health regulations and aim for zero accident in the workplace
• Ensure safety and housekeeping is to maintained to the highest standard
• Any other ad-hoc duties as and when assigned

Job Requirements

• Degree in Architecture, and as a registered architect, with minimum 4 years of local working experience OR
• Diploma in Architecture with minimum 5 years of local working experience
• Proficient in project management and architectural trades
• Proficient in trades coordination via Revit/Bentley platform
• Eye for details in architectural shop drawings
• Excellent team player, good interpersonal skills and a “can-do” attitude
• Ability to multi-task in a fast paced and dynamic environment
• Completed min 2 CONQUAS building project
• Preferably with Design & Build Building experience

Job Description:

• Design review with other disciplines before submission for bidding.
• Client ITB documents and prepares clarifications and deviation list.
• Preparation of Piping Design calculations such as Piping Sizing, Pipe thickness, Pressure Drop etc.
• Preparing Pipeline list, Valve list, Equipment list, Instrument list, Specialty component list and initial MTO (For alloy steel), Final MTO (for metallic/Non-metallic piping, Valves/Specialty components).
• Detailed designing of piping systems including Hydro test, cleaning and Flushing concepts. Prepare piping specification (Piping class manual), standards and design instructions.
• Checking of all the output documents with respect of Work instructions and checklists for ensuring quality.
• Knowledge on Material selection and specifications as per international codes and standards (ASTM, ANSI, API).
• Basic knowledge of pipe stress analyses.
• Check and finalise isometrics and Supporting Drawings for erection purposes and release.
• Prepare sub-contractor construction scope of work for EPC/EPCM projects.
• Continuous site support if there arise any Piping, E&I, civil,construction and Installation enquiry.
• Other ad-hoc duties deemed fit and necessary by the company.

Requirements:

• Minimum of Degree in engineering disciplines
• Minimum 5 yearsof experience in the design and engineering field.
• Motivated, responsible with positive attitude and able to work under pressure.
• Willing to working in Construction site (Jurong Island).
• Knowledge of AutoCAD and Autodesk Revit is required.
• Knowledge of BIM Model will be an added advantage.
