• Responsible for conducting art, creative, craft, drawing and painting classes to students.
• Follow the center’s lesson plans. Teacher can contribute new content for lessons.
• Keep track and review students’ progress and learning outcomes.
• Participation in events and marketing activities.

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree.
• Competent in drawing and painting, and comfortable to use medium such as Acrylic, Oil and Watercolor.
• Passionate in teaching.
• Good people skills with students.
• Meticulous, hardworking and a positive attitude.
• English proficiency will add advantage in selection process.
• Able to manage Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

Responsibilities:

• To meet clients to determine project brief and requirements.
• To prepare and plan for quotation, design proposal, and project schedule.
• To liaise with contractors and vendors to ensure delivery of projects.
• To ensure projects are completed according to clients’ satisfaction.

Requirements:

• Possess Certification/Diploma in Interior Design or At least 1 year experience in residential / commercial interior renovation
• Ability to conceptualize, illustrate, and present design proposals using AutoCAD, SketchUp, Photoshop or other design programs and Microsoft Office.
• A team player with positive working attitude
• Excellent creative, communication and time management skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement comprehensive art education programs that align with the institution's mission and goals.
• Manage a team of art teachers, providing guidance, support, and mentorship as needed.
• Design and review curriculum materials to ensure they meet the educational needs of students.
• Teach art classes and workshops to students of all ages and skill levels.
• Communicate effectively with parents, addressing any questions or concerns related to their child's artistic development.
• Foster a positive and supportive learning environment that encourages creativity and self-expression.
• Organize art exhibitions, competitions, and other events to showcase students' work and achievements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Art Education or related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in art education, with a focus on teaching in Singapore.
• Proficiency in calligraphy, oil painting, watercolor, sketching, and other art forms.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to effectively supervise and motivate a team of teachers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact professionally with students, parents, and colleagues.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor, with a passion for working with students of all ages.
• Professional image and demeanor, with a commitment to upholding the highest standards of integrity and ethics in all interactions.
