You will join a Singapore-based team with a global mandate -- the scope of the work encompasses the entire SCB population (~85,000 employees across 50+ countries). As an organisation design specialist, you will work with senior leaders and heads of in-country HR and CEOs to solve complex global and regional business challenges. Your Role:

You will be expected to lead projects and develop stakeholder relationships at the department/ organisational unit level and:

Engage senior leaders to distil and analyse complex business and organisational issues by:

· Understanding the business strategy of their organisational units, regulatory context, and their implications to organisation design

Advise business/function stakeholders on their Target Operating Model (TOM) and organisational structures by:

· Utilising an evidence-based approach to analyse the current state through Organisation Design Reviews (ODR) which assess structure, size, shape, spans, and layers of the organisational unit

· Leveraging thought leadership and best practices to enrich current state analysis and recommendations on the future state organisation

· Co-developing future state TOM and organisational structures with senior executives of the business/function

Collaborate with HRBPs to monitor implementation and ensure achievement of desired outcomes by:

· Providing continued advisory and tracking the progress and benefits of transition to the future state organisation

The Director, Projects & Design (Development Support) – Asia Pacific excluding China (APACx) reports to the Senior Director, Projects & Design and is responsible for the management of project stakeholders, project timeline, design process, and the successful opening/conversion/renovation of the hotel project. What will I be doing?
As the Director, Projects & Design (Development Support) – APACx, you will be responsible for performing the following tasks to the highest standards:

Project Management

• Provide technical services and guide all elements of the planning and design phase of the project.
• Support the Owner’s project timelines and construction progress to ensure a seamless hotel handover.
• Provide mentorship for the implementation of brand standards and any recommendations for meeting brand standards.
• Oversee construction activities.
• Report to Owners, Stakeholders, and Senior Director on findings, key dates, solving project risks that will affect the hotel's success and opening, and conditional and final approvals.
• Improve the final product, and preparation of waiver requests.
• Assist in the solving of design problems as they arise in concert with Owners, Architects, Consultants, and Hilton Stakeholders.
