You will be leading the Life sciences/ labs vertical and be aligned to Space Matrix goals and targets of revenue, client acquisitions, client retention through client success and thought leadership.

•  You will be leading and owning the Sales and Design activities for life sciences/ labs vertical and create holistic solutioning to fulfil client’s needs and Space Matrix Annual target of the vertical in the financial year
• You will be driving the Space Matrix proposition to be most value added/unique for the pitch/proposals.

• You will ensure that your teammates create coordinated solutions and work together as an effective team towards common goals.
• You will be planning the growth for the Life sciences/ labs vertical in line with organisation goals.
• You will be leading the design for Life sciences/ labs services with our internal team and external partners. You will also be responsible to Prepare and plan Design execution timelines and budgets for the Projects.
• You will help Space Matrix maintain highest talent density in the market by building high talented team
• Analyse, plan and fulfil -with help of internal and external resources- training needs to the team for successful execution of project.

• Responsible for RTL design, simulation, and verification for ASIC/SoC products.
• Identify internal and external requirements, PPA study, RTL coding, implementation and work closely with backend team.
• Create reusable internal IPs for AI and/or in-memory computing products.
• Handle IP integration and validation and support post-Si testing and validation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of RTL/SoC/digital design with pre-layout simulation and post-layout simulation experience.
• Strong knowledge with Verilog and system Verilog, VCS, Verdi or other industry standard tools.
• Familiarity with AMBA APB AXI Protocol, RISC/Arm or other core architectures.
