Job Summary

The role involves monitoring project plans, schedules, budgets, and expenditures, participating in meetings, and ensuring timely project completion. Ideal candidates should have experience in renovation/construction, technical proficiency, attentiveness to project details, and a strong sense of responsibility for follow-up actions.

Responsibilities:

• Provide full support to the Project Management Team in implementing projects.
• Create work schedules, coordinate and liaise with relevant parties such as clients, consultants, mall management, authorities, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Monitor and coordinate site progress.
• Manage maintenance work and address ad-hoc repairs promptly.
• Handle project administration and documentation.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant experience in project management.
• Preferably specialized in Architecture/Interior Design or equivalent.
• Able to work nights and weekends.
