Senior Art Director

We are looking for a Senior Art Director to work with our leading technology client as we support the growth of their product by working closely with their brand and creative team across APAC.  We’re looking for a seasoned, creative professional who understands how to bring surprise and delight to a customer’s experience that drives both interest and advocacy. This person has great ideas, a strong sense of graphic style, a deep ability with multi-touch direct marketing and a talent for telling powerful visual stories. 

As an experienced creative professional, you will play a pivotal role in shaping visually stunning experiences that captivate and engage the client’s audience. From the initial concept to the final delivery, your creativity will be infused into every customer journey touchpoint.

Role: 

• Spearhead world-class creative thinking and art direction across various customer experience projects.
• Develop visually impactful and scalable experiences for client prospects, bringing the brand's personality to life.
• Possess a robust understanding of B2B technology and communication dynamics within large-scale organisations.
• Combine insights from consumer brand marketing with an understanding of emotional drivers influencing purchase decisions.
• Demonstrate empathy and creative adaptability to cater to regional cultural nuances within a global audience.
• Translate marketing objectives into compelling visual communication and experiences, ensuring flawless execution.
• Conduct creative reviews (with internal marketers and creative agency partners), troubleshoot, and adeptly manage feedback from stakeholders across the organisation.
• Embrace data-driven insights and metrics to gauge creative efficacy, refining communication strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate closely with the client Brand team to oversee projects from concept to production delivery.

You:

• 8+ years of experience creating awesome work for top brands, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency creative production experience
• Demonstrate a proven track record with award-winning creative contributions, ideally recognised by prestigious entities such as DMA, Effie, D&AD, or similar effectiveness awards.
• Showcase extensive experience working with tech and B2B brands. Bonus points for exposure to lifestyle or experience-focused brands.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
• You’re a graphic design enthusiast and interactive media advocate and, not tied to specific creative and execution formats, able to execute design work across all mediums.
• A multi-faceted designer who knows your Adobe Creative Suite well, and you’re happy to bounce between all kinds of software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere), depending on the occasion. 
• Deep understanding and appreciation of visual storytelling, direct marketing, and concept-driven high-touch experiences.
• Exhibit comfort and proficiency in both short-form (social, print, OOH) and long-form (film) visual storytelling.
• You don’t just consider yourself a great designer but also an amazing creative. You love coming up with ideas as much as you love spending time crafting them!

• A sharp-eyed, detail-oriented and good design ambassador. You have a strong sense of layout, colour, composition and type

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning APAC.

Duties & Responsibilities:

RF/Analog/PMIC/Clock management/Mixed Signal Circuit Design, such as PA/LNA/Mixer/VCO/Filter/VGA/LDO/Buck/ADC/DAC/PLL, develop and testing of connectivity IC for short range RF wireless applications such as Bluetooh, WLAN, Zigbee, NFC, GNSS etc.

Skills/Experience:

· PhD in Microelectronics/Digital Communication/EE

· RFIC design experience in RF/Analog/Mixed signal circuits using CMOS/SiGe/GaAs process

· Both junior and senior position are opened for application

· Have knowledge in RF/Analog design and verification flow using CAD simulation and verification tools from Cadence, Keysight (Formerly Agilent) and Mentor Graphics etc

· Hands-on experience in the design of RF/Analog/Mix signal blocks such as (but not limited to) PA/LNA/Mixer/VCO/Filter/VGA/PLL/ADDA, PMU etc

· In depth knowledge and design experience in mixed-signal systems and circuit design/verification of PLL/frequency synthesizer will be a plus

· Good knowledge in RF/Analog evaluation flow and operation of test equipment to evaluate RFIC performance

· Some experience in script writing such as pearl, skill, matlab etc will be advantageous

· Highly motivated, able to work independently and demonstrates strong analytical and communication skills

· Good interpersonal and creative skills with the ability to multitask in a demanding and fast paced environment

Expectations of a Creative Art Intern

• Work with project team to further understand the creative brief, target audience, key customer insights and experiences to ensure delivery of relevant and consistent interactive creative solutions
• Explore and develop a good understanding of the client’s business, product or brand in order to deliver creative solutions and experiences which are relevant to the client’s business / brand as a whole
• Present innovative interactive creative ideas and concepts; provide stimulus to help client visualize the creative idea
• Work effectively with technical teams during post production; keep account team and project management aware of progress
• Work closely and collaboratively with the account team and project management teams to ensure a strong and effective team effort on all projects

Skills & Experience

• Candidates who are pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Art or Design or similar field of study
• Basic understanding of web development and design life cycle
• Familiar with the latest design software products - Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
• Able to produce ideas that are capable of delivery and implementation in multiple channels
• Can manage multiple clients and tasks concurrently in a deadline-driven environment
• Looking for candidates who can commit to a full-time internship

You will be leading the Life sciences/ labs vertical and be aligned to Space Matrix goals and targets of revenue, client acquisitions, client retention through client success and thought leadership.

• Client satisfaction is ingrained in our fundamental values and you will be responsible for understanding from a Life sciences/ labs perspective, the client’s key business drivers influencing their decision-making process and how these decisions will play a pivotal role in helping our clients achieve their goals.
•  You will be leading and owning the Sales and Design activities for life sciences/ labs vertical and create holistic solutioning to fulfil client’s needs and Space Matrix Annual target of the vertical in the financial year
• You will be driving the Space Matrix proposition to be most value added/unique for the pitch/proposals.

• You will ensure that your teammates create coordinated solutions and work together as an effective team towards common goals.
• You will be planning the growth for the Life sciences/ labs vertical in line with organisation goals.
• You will be leading the design for Life sciences/ labs services with our internal team and external partners. You will also be responsible to Prepare and plan Design execution timelines and budgets for the Projects.
