Business Development Manager
Roles and responsibilities:
ยท Canvasing of new business based on direct marketing and referrals
ยท Build and manage good relationships with new and existing clientele
ยท Handling client project inquiries on specifications and lead-time
ยท Conduct site-recce, sales, and tendering presentation
ยท Prepare quotation and Delivery Order
ยท Research, expand supplier/vendor listing on project-related
ยท Creating and presenting sales performance reports.
ยท Leadership responsibilities:
ยท Recruiting, training, scheduling, coaching, and managing a sales team to meet sales
ยท Objectives / increment
ยท Leading the team in both areas of direct marketing strategies and sales closing techniques
ยท Perform appraisal for team members, approving leave application and propose salary
ยท Tracking sales data to ensure the team member meets sales quotas
ยท Presenting teamโs sales performance reports.
Requirement:
ยท Min. 5 years of sales experience in a similar trade (Large Format Printing, Events and Exhibition Builder)
ยท Sales track records and possess good leadership and managerial mindset
ยท Strong analytical, organizational, and creative thinking skills
ยท Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills
ยท Knowledge of modern marketing techniques
ยท High-level communication and networking skills
ยท Understanding of commercial trends and marketing strategies
ยท Good project management skills that include working collaboratively with designer,
ยท production, external contractor, and suppliers to complete each project
ยท Have not attended any salary support program such as PCP, PnT, etc.
