Position: Carpenter

Job Responsibilities:

· Reading and interpreting blueprints and plans.

· Measuring, cutting, and shaping wood, plastic, and other materials.

· Installing structures such as windows, doors, stairs, and cabinets.

· Repairing or replacing damaged wooden structures.

· Maintaining tools and equipment’s.

· Able to operator cutter machinery and variety of hand and power tools safely and effectively.

· Collaborating with other construction professionals, like architects and project managers.

· Coordination with external customers for site measurement and on site meetings.

· Any other duties as required by the Company from time to time.

Requirements:

· Organized, meticulous, and has a good sense of time management.

· Proactive and problem-solving attitude.

· Independent and a team player.

· High interpersonal skill with positive attitude and mind-set.

· At least three years’ relevant work experience in construction industry.

· Fresh and dynamic team player with good cooperation and team spirit.

· Positive attitude and willingness to learn.

· Fresh grad from ITE or Polytechnic are welcome to apply.

Position: Aluminium fabricator and installer

Position Summary

Participate in tender exercise, prepare Bill of Quantity and budget estimate. Perform budget control for projects and submission of claims in a timely manner.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• To review contracts and ensure progress claim submissions are processed in a timely manner, based on contract stipulated due date.
• Follow up and ensure payment certificates are received on time from clients
• Work with Management on contractual issues
• Evaluate sub-contractor claims and Variation Order (VO) with cost benefit analysis
• Sourcing of supplier and negotiation for best rates
• Assist in handling and managing all cost aspects of project from inception to completion
• Assist Director/Sales Team in costings relating to sales enquiries and to prepare, monitor and submit quotations to clients, in particular for customized project.
• Attend site meetings and site valuations with client and consultants when required
• To keep abreast of current and upcoming developments and up-to-date knowledge of costs of construction materials
• To assist Director to perform any other related duties as required.

Job Requirements

• Degree in Quantity Surveying or equivalent
• 2 years working experience in related field
• Good communication skills (both spoken and written) in English and Chinese\
• Good organizing skills and attention to details
