Job Description
As a Design Engineer, you will report to the Senior Design Engineer and be responsible for the successful implementation and management of BIM processes in the construction field, specifically focusing on Building Services, Airconditioning, and Mechanical (M&E, ACMV) works. Responsibilities

Tender Management:

Job Responsibilities

· Inform Design Team, Cost / Commercial team of all client-led change proposals and instructions.

· To manage local consultants in the execution of design development.

· To assist in coordination between Design Team, Consultants, Operator stakeholders.

· Assist site team in resolution of site clashes.

We are seeking for a motivated Design Engineer specializes in the design, analysis, and coordination of building works in construction projects. These professionals work closely with architects, structural engineers, and construction teams to ensure compliance with design specifications, and collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve project goals.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and complete precast shop drawings within specific time and in accordance with the project timeline.
• Check for accuracy and update amendments to precast shop drawings.
• Produce precast layout plans and fabrication shop drawings of precast concrete elements for production and submission to clients.
• Liaise with consultants concerning drawing details and technical issues.

Requirements:
