Job duties & responsibilities:

• Provide technical guidance in developing new PCB designs and updating existing designs.
• Develop PCB layouts, perform component placements and determine wire routings.
• Verify existing designs and recommend improvements.
• Recommend new design concepts and validate the concept feasibility using circuit simulations.
• Prepare design documentations, requirements specifications and PCB models.
• Perform PCB design testing and analyze test results.
• Monitor and report project status to Manager on regular basis.
• Attend project meetings to discuss about project progress and issues.
• Ensure that project deliverables meet customer expectations.
• Propose process improvements to ensure PCB functionality, quality and reliability.

Job requirements:

• Diploma / degree in Electrical & Electronics Engineering /Computer Engineering.
• Preferably 1 year of experience in PCB schematic design & PCB artwork design.
• Entry-level candidates with keen interest in PCB design are welcome to apply. Training will be provided.
• Knowledge in Althium, Protel or any other electronics design software would be an added advantage.

• Ensure the quality and safety compliance of all raw materials, processes and final products. Perform routine inspections and quality tests.

• Address and ensure timely response to any quality and safety issues. Make recommendations for improvement.
• Identify, prepare and implement food quality and safety policies and procedures.
• Maintain all food quality and safety records and ISO documents are up-to-date. Prepare audit reports. Ensure compliance with all audit requirements by relevant regulatory and certification bodies.
• Liaise with government or statutory bodies and external auditor(s) to comply with the food quality standards and safety regulations.
• Identify the relevant training, create training materials and train staff on food safety and hygiene.

• Job Requirements
• Proven working experience as a Quality Assurance Specialist or similar role, preferably in F&B industry
• Solid knowledge of relevant regulatory standards, preferably ISO 22000 and Hazard Analysis Critical Control Points (HACCP)
• Strong communication skills, writing and interpersonal skills
• Excellent data collection and analytical skills
• Organized and strong attention to detail
• Relevant training and/or certifications as a Quality Assurance Specialist would be an added advantage

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with design engineers and architects to create and document detailed test plans for verifying the SoC design.
• Establish and manage the infrastructure and environment for automated verification of the SoC's architecture, functionality, and performance.
• Develop reusable testbenches, test cases using constrained-random and directed methods, and verification modules for both block and system levels.
• Create a regression strategy, methodology, and scripting tools, ensuring comprehensive function coverage and addressing verification gaps before design releases and tape-out.
• Collaborate with design engineers to troubleshoot and resolve simulation issues.
• Provide support to test engineers during post-silicon validation.
• Mentor and guide team members and junior engineers, aiming to enhance verification efficiency.​

Requirements:

• Master in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 8 years of relevant working experience/ PhD in Electrical Engineering or equivalent with 3 years working experience.
• Extensive understanding of UVM/OVM, Semiformal Verification, assertion-based verification, and hardware-software co-verification methodology.
• Skilled in Verilog, SystemVerilog, Python, Perl, TCL, Shell scripting, C/C++, SystemC, and assembly coding for industry-standard ISAs.
• Familiar with MIPI, AMBA (APB/AHB/AXI) bus protocols, RISC-V/ARM, or DSP cores.
• Experience in verifying designs at RTL and post-P&R gate levels.
