• Identify project design hazards, construction risks, and constructability issues.
• Develop corresponding mitigation measures together with the project team.
• Chair regular risk mitigation meetings and training with clients and internal parties.
• Advise management on alternative safer and higher productivity construction methodologies.
• Review method statements and risk assessments for safety and construction compliance.
• Attend meetings related to construction progress, risks, etc.
• Any other duties as assigned by the Managements.

Requirement:

• The Risk Management Facilitator should have minimum Ten (10) years of relevant experience and exposure in safety and health for construction especially in deep excavation and pipe jacking projects of similar scale, nature and complexity.
• Shall be registered as a DfS Professional (DfSP) under the Workplace Safety and Health Council (WSHC) of Singapore and must be trained in hazard identification and risk assessment methodology.
• The RMF shall also be a registered Design for Safety Professional (DfSP) with WSH Council, and experienced as a DfSP in relevant projects and submit track records for which he/she is the appointed DfSP, clearly stating the duration of appointment and which stages in the project he/she is involved in.

• Responsible for USB2.0/USB3.0 device driver development, test, optimisation, and maintenance.
• Perform WHQL testing and certification of drivers and device frameworks.
• Take part in all phases of SDLC and prepare corresponding documentation.

Requirements:

• Degree in Computer Science/Engineering
• At least 5 years of USB device drivers’ development experience in Windows/Linux/mac/WinCE
• Good knowledge of USB2.0/USB3.0/ USBCV protocols and USB Device Classes (HID, MSC, CDC, UVC, UAC, DFU, Custom).
