• Excellent writing, editing, and proof-reading skills with a keen eye for detail
• Ability to write compelling and persuasive copy that engages and motivates the target audience

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans for market entry and expansion within the Chinese music market.
• Market research and identify potential opportunities and market trends, while developing and implementing strategies to meet the market’s needs.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players in China, including record labels, music publishing companies, live music venues, and streaming platforms.
• Identify and pursue potential partnerships with business partners, stakeholders to create a new eco-system for China music market.
• Explore and develop new revenue streams through collaborations with industry partners.
• Exploring new business opportunities in Chinese language live performances.
• Leading a high-performing team to develop new business opportunities in China music.
• Foster a collaborative and results-oriented team environment.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Master's degree in a relevant field is preferred.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in music business development, marketing, or international relations.
• Candidate must have a good knowledge on knowing the market dynamics, key players and culture nuances.
• Proven track record of success in developing and executing strategic partnerships.
• Candidates with strong network and connections in the China music industry is beneficial for this role.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Fluency in both English and Mandarin Chinese (written and spoken).
• Frequent travelling to China for work is required for this role.

Responsibilities:

· Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service

· Promote our room package

· Familiar with POS system

· Assists in phone and online booking and WhatsApp reservations;

· Handle walk-in customers enquires and complaints

· Karaoke room allocation and arrangement

· Register all check-in customers

· Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift

· Maintain a safe and clean environment

· Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work

· Communicate effectively with team members and management

· Ensure a neat and tidy appearance

· All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

· Preferably 2-year working experience in Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent

· Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin
