Responsibilities:

· Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service

· Promote our room package

· Familiar with POS system

· Assists in phone and online booking and WhatsApp reservations;

· Handle walk-in customers enquires and complaints

· Karaoke room allocation and arrangement

· Register all check-in customers

· Ensure all cash amounts are accurate at the beginning and at the end of every work shift

· Maintain a safe and clean environment

· Ability to work unsupervised and produce quality work

· Communicate effectively with team members and management

· Ensure a neat and tidy appearance

· All other ad-hoc duties assigned by superior

Requirements:

· Preferably 2-year working experience in Restaurant Service/Retail or equivalent

· Able to communicate in both English and Mandarin

· Proactive and good communication skills

· Service-oriented

· Team player

· Able to work shifts

· Able to work on weekends and PH

· Willing to learn new software systems required for work

· Knowledgeable in Point of Sales (POS) is an advantage

· Good in oral and written communication

Will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of event planning and execution. This includes managing timelines, coordinating with vendors, ensuring budget compliance, and ensuring client satisfaction. The role demands excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills to ensure events are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

Sales and Client Acquisition:

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.
• Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of potential clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

Relationship Management:

• Build and nurture long-term relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing exceptional customer service and addressing any concerns promptly.

Event Planning Support:

• Collaborate with internal teams to understand client needs and ensure seamless execution of events.
• Provide insights on market trends and client preferences to enhance service offerings.

Negotiation and Contracting:

• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to close deals effectively.
• Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and standards

Market Research and Reporting:

• Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities within the events industry.
• Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management review.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in sales, preferably in the events, hospitality, or related industries.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a persuasive and confident approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency in software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• A diploma or bachelor’s degree in Business, Mass Communication, Event Management, or a related field is preferred.
