• Customer Feedback & Defects:Collect feedback from owners and share it with the project team.
  Walk through the site with owners to identify defects and document them for follow-up.
  
• Contractor Coordination:Communicate instructions to Mandarin-speaking contractors as required.
  Relay updates from contractors to the Interior Design Manager for timely action.
  
• Reporting:Submit daily updates, including photos, measurements, and any feedback collected.
  Maintain simple logs of completed tasks and observations.

Qualifications

• Language Skills: Fluent in English and Mandarin to communicate effectively with mandarin speaking contractors and team members.
• Experience: No prior experience required; training will be provided.
• Skills:Strong ability to follow instructions accurately and execute tasks precisely.
  Basic photography and measurement skills.
  Comfortable navigating construction sites and interacting professionally with contractors and clients.
  
• Other Requirements:Physically capable of conducting on-site inspections.
  Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented.
