· Coordination of facilities and technology procurement and setup.

· Handling new staff induction and briefing.

· Organise meetings, prepare agendas and record minutes.

· Liaising with suppliers and clients via email and phone.

· Assist in recruitment activities for new staff.

· Organise and maintain filing/record management system.

· Arrange and coordinate social and training events for the Company staff.

As our Manager- Client Solutions based in Singapore you will be responsible for acquisition of new clients. Reporting to the Director- International Business Development, you will drive business development efforts that generate leads, enhance brand visibility, and increase sales. In addition to personal sales goals and assigned targets, you will be pivotal in winning business to reach targeted goals by ensuring that leads are exchanged, relationships are managed, and clients are given a seamless experience — working with the international business development team, as well as Space Matrix offices in Asia and the US.

Specific Responsibilities

• You will prospect for potential new clients and generate new leads and track leads and forecast your sales efforts to create new bookings.
• You will Drive business development efforts in the region, acquire new clients and manage sales targets .
• Gather market intelligence, including information on clients and competitors in the Workplace Market Sector, industry trends, future projects, etc
• You will develop and take part in pitches and other presentations that meet the client’s needs and expectations.
• You will Work closely with the MD and the team to complete the sales cycle.
• You will Represent Space Matrix by targeting potential clients, project partners, and collaborators; identifying opportunities; building relationships to expand Space Matrix’s competitive position.

In addition to experience within the real estate facilities and/or "corporate workplace" market sector in Singapore, this position requires strategic thinking, quick problem-solving skills, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, digital media experience, and real business acumen.

Does this describe you

• You are a highly driven and motivated sales / business development professional.
• You have excellent oral and written communication skills.
• You have experience in managing complex sales cycle with B2B selling process.
• You have Undergraduate or graduate degree in business, marketing, or another field relevant to this role, with a minimum of 6 years of sales/ business development experience.
• You have Knowledge of the Workplace Market Sector in Asia-Pacific including competitive positioning and strategy.
• You have Experience working in Architecture, Interior Design firms or related fields.

Role: 

• Spearhead world-class creative thinking and art direction across various customer experience projects.
• Develop visually impactful and scalable experiences for client prospects, bringing the brand's personality to life.

You:

• 8+ years of experience creating awesome work for top brands, preferably with a mix of in-house and agency creative production experience
• Demonstrate a proven track record with award-winning creative contributions, ideally recognised by prestigious entities such as DMA, Effie, D&AD, or similar effectiveness awards.
• Showcase extensive experience working with tech and B2B brands. Bonus points for exposure to lifestyle or experience-focused brands.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through to completion, working with both in-house resources and third-party vendors
• You’re a graphic design enthusiast and interactive media advocate and, not tied to specific creative and execution formats, able to execute design work across all mediums.
• A multi-faceted designer who knows your Adobe Creative Suite well, and you’re happy to bounce between all kinds of software (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects and Premiere), depending on the occasion. 
• Deep understanding and appreciation of visual storytelling, direct marketing, and concept-driven high-touch experiences.
• Exhibit comfort and proficiency in both short-form (social, print, OOH) and long-form (film) visual storytelling.
• You don’t just consider yourself a great designer but also an amazing creative. You love coming up with ideas as much as you love spending time crafting them!

• A sharp-eyed, detail-oriented and good design ambassador. You have a strong sense of layout, colour, composition and type

• Exceptional verbal and written English communication and presentation skills and, ideally, fluent in another Asian language to support the projects spanning APAC.

Expectations of a Creative Art Intern

• Work with project team to further understand the creative brief, target audience, key customer insights and experiences to ensure delivery of relevant and consistent interactive creative solutions
• Explore and develop a good understanding of the client’s business, product or brand in order to deliver creative solutions and experiences which are relevant to the client’s business / brand as a whole
• Present innovative interactive creative ideas and concepts; provide stimulus to help client visualize the creative idea
• Work effectively with technical teams during post production; keep account team and project management aware of progress
• Work closely and collaboratively with the account team and project management teams to ensure a strong and effective team effort on all projects

Skills & Experience

• Candidates who are pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Art or Design or similar field of study
• Basic understanding of web development and design life cycle
• Familiar with the latest design software products - Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign
• Able to produce ideas that are capable of delivery and implementation in multiple channels
