Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team designers.
• Lead project communication, liaising with design, clients, construction, supplier, and contractors’ teams.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Interior Design

What a HCD Design Senior Manager does at Visa Consulting and Analytics

• You will drive co-creation of new solutions and digital journeys, by leveraging design principles and HCD approach

• Communicate visually through storyboards, wireframes, interactive prototypes and concepts.

• You will join engagement teams serving our clients and gain exposure to a spectrum of topics that are complex in scale and scope, intellectually demanding, and deadline driven.

• You will work in teams of typically 3 – 5 consultants/designers, taking charge of specific aspects of the project. You will do extensive  research, source data, lead cocreations  and contribute to identifying potential solutions for a specific client problem or challenge.

Senior Landscape Architect

· Strong and proven talent and capability in creative Concept and Planning design and being able to present compellingly

· Proven experience and skills in Schematic Design, and in putting together complete Design Development and Construction Documentation packages

· Confident clear communications (English) with Clients, Consultants and Contractors in all project activities

· Represent the office professionally and respect all Client and collaborating groups as well as individuals of different seniority and culture

The Junior Specialist (Modern & Contemporary Art) is responsible for bringing in business, cataloguing and coordinating the sale and property, requiring good knowledge of client relationship management and relevant markets for the art category working in close collaboration with our team of specialists.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS (Duties include but are not limited to the following):

• Identify and maintain relationships with all client categories (collectors, dealers, corporations, institutions), including the ability to work with major clients in the sale of high value property.
• Active participation in sourcing and selling of the department sales
• Function as liaison with overseas specialists group, working on appraisals as a means of generating new long-term business opportunities and reconnecting with inactive clients.
• Review incoming photo inquires with department to determine property sale potential and value.
• Write and prepare catalogue essays. Research property including authenticity, bibliography, provenance and exhibition history.
