Qualifications & Experience:

•  The candidate must possess a minimum Specialist diploma in Interior and Landscape Design or a related field from a recognized instituion, whether local or international such as the Building Construction Academy (BCA) in Singapore.
•  A minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in an interior design firm or related field is required to ensure familiarity with industry processes, standards, and best practices, with specific experience in the Singapore context.
•  Minimum 5 years of continuous tenure with one interior design firm, demonstrating loyalty, commitment, and in-depth understanding of the company’s operations and standards.
•  Proficiency in design software: AutoCAD, SketchUp, SU Podium, and Photoshop for image post-processing and preparation of marketing materials.
•  Strong freehand drawing skills and expertise in creating detailed 2D and 3D drawings for a variety of interior design projects.
•  Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience in spatial planning, design conceptualization, and client relationship management.
