Construction General Foreman Requirements:

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in Project Management, or a related field.

· Candidates with Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent will have an added advantage.

· Minimum of 3 years of project management experience in the interior design industry, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects across commercial spaces, landed properties, and residential projects.

· Strong understanding of interior design principles, construction processes, and project management methodologies.

• Degree in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in engineering manufacturing industry
• MUST be proficient in using AUTOCAD software – Solidworks
• Proficient in Microsoft office

• Supervision of construction works and co-ordinate with client’s representation, consultants and sub-contractors on technical issues
• Prepare detailed M&E drawings, shop drawings, and As-built drawing
• Study production & machine requirements
• Assures product quality by designing electrical testing methods; testing finished products and system capabilities
• Evaluates electrical systems, products, components, and applications by designing, applying knowledge of electricity and materials
• Technical documentation and reporting

The candidate is responsible for the preparation and submission of interior fit out / joinery product tenders including quantity takeoffs, pricing etc.

He/she must have the ability to work independently and under minimum supervision and capable of sourcing competitive materials costs.
