As a Senior Design Engineer, you will report directly to the Design Manager and play a critical role in managing and executing BIM processes for ACMV/HVAC systems. • While thermal load calculations and energy modeling are not yet implemented, you will be responsible for using design software and tools to perform these tasks as needed in future projects. System sizing will be carried out as part of the current design process.

3. Coordination and Communication

• Participate in design meetings, coordination workshops, and BIM coordination meetings.

Requirements:

• Advanced Technical Expertise:
  Deep expertise in full-chip floor planning, place-and-route, and physical verification (DRC and LVS). Advanced knowledge of power network architecture, IR drop, and noise analysis. Strong proficiency with timing closure processes and STA tools like PrimeTime.
• Software and Tools Proficiency:
  Extensive experience with industry-standard tools such as Synopsys IC Compiler, Cadence Innovus, and scripting languages like Perl, TCL, and Python.
