JOB DESCRIPTION
1. Perform concept design studies, sketch plans, and criteria/facilities programs for projects as required
2. Perform technical review of drawings and required design submission on assigned projects, and to ensure conformance with company design standards
3. Participate inter-department coordination on all project related issues
4. Provide design guidance to client and their consultants, as well as internal design and construction staff to adapt company design standards
5. Conduct site visits.
6. Maintain and update project review templates and quality control checklists
7. Provide recommendation for design changes to address customer satisfaction, operational concerns, company standard, and development strategies
8. Assist and to maintain and develop company standard documents and work flow
9. Maintain on policy, methods, and systems support matters
10. Any other relevant tasks as assigned by Project Manager
JOB QUALIFICATION
1. Minimum Bachelor Degree in related / Engineering profession
2. A minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in semicon-related project.
3. Good design skills, technical and communication skills.
4. Be confident, assertive and independent
5. Possesses intermediate knowledge of applicable codes, and implications on design
6. Advanced ability to work in team environment and supervise others
7. Ability to plan and manage design team efforts to effectively meet deadlines
8. Good interpersonal skill and attention to detail
9. Ability to work well in high volume, fast-paced environment as a member of a collaborative team
10. Proficient in electronic mark-up software, MS Office, MS Project, Sketchup, AutoCAD, BIM and other relevant 3d softwares.
