Responsibilities for Associate Architect:

• Lead the conceptualization and development of innovative architectural designs that meet client requirements and project goals.
• Oversee the entire project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and design development to construction documentation and contract administration.
• Manage client relationships, ensuring clear communication and understanding of project objectives and expectations.
• Ensure all designs comply with local building codes, regulations, and standards.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognized university.

• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, and other relevant design software. Strong knowledge of local building codes and regulations.
