1. Job Description
· Prepare and provide responses for tender bidding, submission of relevant costs spreadsheets and profitability analysis.
· Managing contractual claims to protect commercial interest.
· Prepare requests for proposals for distribution to vendors.
· Analyze all requirements and provisions in contracts, including terms and conditions, to ensure compliance with all laws and regulations and company policies and procedures.
· Ensure that contracts are executed in accordance with guidelines.
· Analyze a contract’s risk to the business.
· Visit client sites and meet with business partners.
· Communicate contract implementation to team members and other internal stakeholders.
· Lead complex contract negotiations and manage all changes and addendums to existing contracts.
· Ensure that all raw material used meets the specified requirements.
· Prepare reports on the status of contracts for the Management
· Establish margins for overheads and profits in tender sums.
· Drive cost planning and control.
2. Administrative works
· Communicate payment regime to relevant stakeholders.
· Attend project meetings.
· Prepare valuations for interim payments and/or recommendation for payment to contractors, specialists and sub-contractors including recommendations for payment.
· Measure variation of cost claims.
· Prepare final accounts and/or relevant pricing variations.
3. Team Management
· Establish good working rapport with colleagues, to improve work processes, productivity and hit rate of tenders.
· Ensure that team members have a complete understanding of the project scope of works.
· Conduct/participate at briefings and regular meetings.
Requirement:
· Good communication skill is needed for discussion with both internal and external members, such as the sales, designer, production, operations, subcontractor, and suppliers.
· Familiar with the use of MS applications, such as Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
· Conflict management and problem-solving abilities.
· Independent, positive attitude, strong sense of responsibility.
· Prior project management experience is preferred (1-3yrs)
· Good with numbers which will be meant for computing costing and on-site measurement.
· Knowledge in filing system and processes
· Proficiency Mandarin is an advantage.
