Architect’s Responsibilities:

The Architect plans, designs and oversee the entire building process. He/She helps to prepare project specifications and detailed drawings on architectural works for their clients. The Architect is involved in bringing the project to fruition, by advising clients on project execution or supervising the progress and quality of workmanship on-site. This may include arranging contracts between clients and builders, visiting construction sites to ensure that work is in line with his/her design and to discuss any design alterations that may have arisen during the building process.

~ Stay updated on the latest architectural trends to ensure the proposed building design is up to date with the latest industry development.
~ Advise clients on project execution, supervising progress and quality of work.
~ Check on progress and monitor compliance with plans.
~ Consult with clients to determine objectives, budgets and the functional and spatial requirements of the building project.
~ Ensure that all building works and procedures comply with the building codes, guidelines and regulations.
~ Manage builders to ensure the building and installation works are in accordance with the building plans and specifications.
~ Prepare preliminary sketches, working drawings and full detailed drawings for architectural works, and utilize advanced computer technologies such as Building Information Modelling (BIM) and Virtual Design and Construction (VDC) together with other building professionals to integrate the building's architectural, structural and mechanical designs.
~ Put together feasibility reports to the clients to evaluate on the practicality of the project.
~ Seek approval from the relevant competent authorities before commencement of any building works.
~ Supervise the construction from start to finish to ensure high quality building works.
~ Work closely with a team of building professionals such as civil and structural engineers, mechanical and electrical engineers, interior designers, quantity surveyors, project managers to complete the construction project.
~ Work with other building professionals (e.g. civil and structural engineer, mechanical and electrical engineer, quantity surveyor, etc.) to prepare finalised contract documentation such as project specifications including design layout, structure parameters, materials, estimated costs and construction timelines.

• General data entry, filing and administrative duties
• Prepare monthly payroll, claims, etc
• Handle employees’ work pass, CPF, levy, etc
• Make enquires, ordering of materials required
• Process invoice, purchase order, etc
• Handle simple enquires from phone calls and emails
• Support in other administrative matters (such as printing namecards, issuing company mobile, updating admin databases, etc)

Job Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma / Bachelor's Degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Required skill(s): MS Office, MS Powerpoint, Adobe PhotoShop, AutoCad.
• At least 2-3 years of working experiences in high end hospitality projects.
• Full-Time position(s) available.
• Able to commute internationally.
• Able to deal with the management of junior and intermediate designers on the team.

YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide strategic guidance: Collaborate with clients to understand their business objectives and develop architectural strategies to align technology solutions with their goals.

WHO YOU ARE

• Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Additional certifications in relevant areas (e.g., TOGAF, AWS Certified Solutions Architect) are advantageous.
• Professional experience: Several years (typically 10+ years) of experience in IT architecture, including experience in a consulting or advisory role.
• Architectural expertise: In-depth knowledge and experience in various architectural domains, such as application architecture, infrastructure architecture, data architecture, or security architecture.
• Project leadership: Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex architectural projects, demonstrating strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
• Technical skills: Proficiency in relevant technologies, platforms, and tools, such as cloud computing (e.g., AWS, Azure), enterprise applications, databases, networking, and security.
• Strategic thinking: Ability to understand business needs, translate them into architectural strategies, and provide recommendations that align with organizational goals.
• Communication and collaboration: Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills to effectively communicate complex architectural concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities:

• Produces complete controls solutions and electrical design packages based on customer specification, and standardized design practices.
• Formulates and produces complete electrical design package such as detailed schematics, cable routing diagrams, panel layouts, bills of materials, and purchase of material.
• Designs and implements HMI or PLC programs specific to customer and project requirements.
• On site testing and commissioning (local & overseas).
• Document control, project monitoring and provide solution for any technical and functional problems.

Requirements:

• Degree in Control & Instrumentation/Electrical/IT Engineering or equivalent discipline.
• Strong trouble-shooting, problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of PLCs, HMI and VFD would be an advantage.

• Identify requirements and features for semiconductor equipment and create concepts and architecture of new equipment.
• Design mechanical systems which involve the selection and use of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps, and valves.
• Responsible for design verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations and product requirements.
• Create a detailed Mechanical drawing and apply analysis tools like Fish Bone Diagram and FMEA.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Semiconductor Equipment Design.
• Familiar with 3D CAD software.
