The Senior Manager, Regional Creative & Brand Assurance (CBA) plays a pivotal role in working together with the Partners, Business Unit Head, and CBA team to achieve the goals and objectives set by the Company. He/she will manage the creative strategy and direction across SEA and Greater China in his/her Business Unit, provide strong leadership support to the team, and continue to establish excellent relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities

Brand Assurance and Creative

• Lead and provide strategic direction the Business Unit’s CBA team across SEA and Greater China.

Product Development

• Possess sound knowledge of product development process, new technology, seasons, trends & colors.
• Arrange initial product development meetings with key licensees to discuss creative and innovative branding ideas/styling/applications where appropriate.

Creative Projects

• Support sales personnel with appropriate product/premium concept for pitching purpose.
• Supports licensees with product concepts or final artwork.
• Conceptualize impactful Advertising & Marketing materials to support product launch, marketing or retail promotions, store openings etc.

Others

• Manage and disseminate all creative materials.
• Materials include style guides, trend programs, other creative materials, etc.
• Maintenance & security of inventory, crosscheck controls & record keeping on dissemination of proprietary materials.

• A University Degree/Diploma, preferably design or arts.

You will design and implement advanced image & video generation models capable of generating target images with different styles (e.g., in news, gaming applications). Additionally, you will stay abreast of the latest research developments in the image & video generative-AI technology field to ensure our solutions remain industry-leading.

As an AIGC/ Gen AI architect in Singapore, you will design and implement image & video generation models to support the content generation tasks in AI application. Key domains of focus include text to image generation, image to image generation, text to video generation, and image to video generation.

Responsibilities:

• Investigate and apply the latest image/video generation models for various AI applications (e.g., gaming and news).
• Design and develop the text to image, image to image, text to video generation methods based on application objectives.
• Fine-tune the image and video generation models based on different targets, e.g., to generate images/video in different styles.
• Develop and train other relevant models (e.g., LoRA, ControlNet) to optimize generative content quality.
• Model inference and speed optimization to achieve online application latency requirements.
• Ability to identify the reasons on generated image/video quality issues, and find out possible solutions.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Computer Science, Artificial Intelligence, Electronic Engineering, Data Science, or related fields.
• A minimum of 5 years of hands-on experience with the latest image or video generation models, such as SDXL, SD 3 Medium, Stable Video Diffusion, etc.
• Proficiency in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow) with experience in building end-to-end online image/video generation applications (e.g., for chatbots/agents).

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce a variety of digital assets including social media graphics, banners, flyers, and other promotional materials.
• Shoot and edit video content for a range of platforms including online, social media, and possibly broadcast.
• Collaborate with the marketing and content teams to develop visual strategies and concepts.
• Assist in the creation of storyboards and scripts for video projects.
• Maintain and organize digital files, including photos, videos, artwork, and other media.
• Participate in brainstorming sessions to share new design perspectives and ideas.
• Manage multiple projects from concept through completion under tight deadlines.
• Provide ad-hoc administrative duties to support creative activities

Job Requirements:

• Candidates with at least 2 years of experience in Arts/Creative/Graphics Design or equivalent.
• Work experience in aesthetic/retail beauty/consumer industry is an advantage
• Proficient In design software i.e. Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Indesign
• Experienced in web design in HTML/CSS, motion graphics using Aftereffects, video-editing using Premiere Pro are great advantages.
• Basic understanding videography and photography skills in retail packaging/print design and printing process, etc is a plus.
• A strong understanding and good judgement in typography, layout, colour theory and command of design principles
• Highly organised and independent, with the ability to multi-task several projects, manage deadlines and provide exceptional attention to detail.

• Excellent team player with proactiveness towards creative problems and a strong work ethic as individual contributor.
