• As-built drawings checks.
• Highlight safety issues as & when observed.
• Attend and witness all on-site testing of architectural works as required by the Client and authorities.
• Check that all architectural works are carried out according to the approved drawings and specifications and conform to all authority standards and requirements.
• Inspect the completed works and record all defects for rectification before handing them over to the Client.

About You

To be considered for this role, you will have;

• Diploma in a relevant field and a minimum of 8 years of architectural experience, along with at least 5 years of experience in supervising construction for projects of similar scale and complexity in a local context.
• Has good working knowledge of Architectural and Interior Design finishing works and compliance with local Building Regulations.
• Prefer to have LTA MRT project experience.
• Able to work alt sat work week.

Scope of work:

1. Provides pre-sales/sales technical leadership and is responsible for establishing the direction for the IT architecture, standards, design and implementation approaches for the customer systems
2. Translate business requirements into application architectural specifications such as AS-IS to TO-BE digital transformation.
3. Creates, evaluates and implements plans and design proposals for IT solutions considering key factors such as its long-term effectiveness, practicality, technical limitations and criticality based on customer goals and objectives.
4. Design the architecture blueprint for the customer business, information and ICT assets, by using multiple architectural models. Use, govern and enhance the architecture blueprint to ensure that the business and ICT are in alignment.
5. Assist in project proposal, presentation and delivery with guidance to the delivery team.
6. Possesses broad and deep skills across disciplines, ability and interest in mentoring and providing guidance to junior staff and raising team competency

Requirements:

1. Minimum 8 years of design/implementation/consulting experience with distributed applications - minimum of 2 years hands-on experience as a technical lead and system architect (i.e. system design, performance tuning, and system prototyping & maintenance)
2. Solid software development background and good to have multiple industry certifications (e.g. TOGAF, Agile).
3. Experience in designing and implementing .Net and/or J2EE applications.
4. Solid understanding of Server-side, .Net and/or Java development, Microservices, Service Oriented Architectures (SOA), web services, RESTful API and public web sites / digital services development
5. Solid understanding of Singapore Government’s SG Tech Stack, hosting platforms (CWP, GDC, GPC, GCC) and prevailing ICT governance policies, standards, and guidelines e.g. IM8
6. Experience in designing and deploying large, scalable production applications on cloud/PaaS platforms and Containers, such as AWS, Azure, Google Cloud
7. Solid understanding of DevOps software development tools and methodologies
8. Demonstrated leadership in IT management by producing proposals and documentations
9. Results and customer oriented
10. Team player with strong organization and interpersonal skills
11. Strong written, presentation and partner management skills

• Identify requirements and features for semiconductor equipment and create concepts and architecture of new equipment.
• Design mechanical systems which involve the selection and use of motors, actuators, gear drives, pumps, and valves.
• Responsible for design verification and validation testing to ensure compliance with specifications, safety regulations and product requirements.
• Create a detailed Mechanical drawing and apply analysis tools like Fish Bone Diagram and FMEA.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of experience in Die Sorter.
• Familiar with 3D CAD software.

Responsibilities:

- Handle sales inquiries with quality leads provided

- Discuss and propose design adhering to clients’ requirements and needs - Provide quotation and space planning

- Design conceptualization, advisory on materials, colors, texture, etc to clients

- Site & project management from inception to handover

- Plan project schedule efficiently to meet clients’ deadlines

- Build rapport and work closely with sub-contractors and own workers to ensure quality and smooth deliveries

- Project management/site coordination arrangement and schedule the respective contractors & suppliers.

Requirements:

- Competent knowledge and passion for excellence in design

- Site and project management experience

- Working knowledge of Microsoft EXCEL spreadsheet software

- Knowledge of Photoshop, Sketchup, AutoCAD would be advantageous

- Preference for candidates who are bilingual
