Make an Impact by

• Understand in depth, the security principles, resilience and high availability requirements of the Singtel telco edge cloud.
• Design solution architectures for customer apps/workloads and facilitate trial deployments of the 5G apps on the telco edge cloud
• Co-design and develop applications with enterprise customers and partners and facilitate customer trials/experiments and internal R&D trials/experiments.
• Lead selection of technology components across the infrastructure stack of the telco edge cloud
• Design deployment of SAAS and PAAS workloads on the telco edge cloud
• Contribute technical and thought leadership to the SingTel’s 5G platform initiative, and how to leverage IoT and big data management, Security/privacy, AI/ML components into the platform architecture.
• Evangelize the platform and telco edge cloud infrastructure for use by other business units within SingTel and group companies, and lead the solution design for these applications to effectively use the platform.
• Interact with implementation partners and customers to understand their needs, and feed this back to the development teams and roadmap.
• Participate in technical partnership conversations and due diligence.
• Participate and lead in technical evaluations of partner technology with a hands on approach.

Skills for Success

• Minimum 8 – 10 years of relevant experience.
• Experience architecting, designing, and developing complex, enterprise grade, configurable, scalable private cloud infrastructure.
• A background in systems level thinking and design. Combined with the ability to translate technical strategy and architectures into concrete, minimal viable products, with the right trade-offs and phasing.
• Exposure to software development would be an added advantage.
• Deep understanding of the architectural principles for cloud-based platforms that include SaaS, PaaS, multi-tenancy, infrastructure as code, and continuous availability.

SUMMARY

We are looking for people who have a strong background in data science and cloud architecture to join our AI/ML Workload Services team to create exciting new offerings and capabilities for our customers! This team within the Professional Services group will be working with customers using Snowflake to expand their use of the Data Cloud to bring data science pipelines from ideation to deployment, and beyond using Snowflake's features and its extensive partner ecosystem. The role will be highly technical and hands-on, where you will be designing solutions based on requirements and coordinating with customer teams, and where needed Systems Integrators.

AS A SOLUTIONS ARCHITECT - AI/ML AT SNOWFLAKE, YOU WILL:

• Be a technical expert on all aspects of Snowflake in relation to the AI/ML workload.
• Build, deploy and ML pipelines using Snowflake features and/or Snowflake ecosystem partner tools based on customer requirements.
• Work hands-on where needed using SQL, Python, Java and/or Scala to build POCs that demonstrate implementation techniques and best practices on Snowflake technology within the Data Science workload.
• Follow best practices, including ensuring knowledge transfer so that customers are properly enabled and are able to extend the capabilities of Snowflake on their own
