Senior Architect / Senior Architectural Associate

1) Possess a recognised Architectural degree and preferably a Qualified Person registered with the Singapore Board of Architects and with Green Mark certification for Senior Architect.

2) Minimum 8 years’ experience in high-rise HDB and private condominiums, institutional, hospitality & mixed-use commercial developments.

3) Good knowledge and well versed in Singapore building regulations and codes, design development & detailing.

Work & Responsibilities:
