The Senior Manager, Regional Creative & Brand Assurance (CBA) plays a pivotal role in working together with the Partners, Business Unit Head, and CBA team to achieve the goals and objectives set by the Company. He/she will manage the creative strategy and direction across SEA and Greater China in his/her Business Unit, provide strong leadership support to the team, and continue to establish excellent relationships with our clients.

Main Responsibilities

Brand Assurance and Creative

• Lead and provide strategic direction the Business Unit’s CBA team across SEA and Greater China.
• Establish strong working relationships with licensee to facilitate Brand Assurance & Creative requests, issues, and needs.
• Oversee all aspects of BA & Creative jobs, and provide guidance/mentorship to team members
• Fulfill BA & Creative functions for Principals/IPs as per brand guidelines.
• Conduct research and development of branding/style guide/creative projects OR work on creative brief to design agency etc.

Brand Assurance/Licensee Management and Compliance (with regards to use of style guide & product development)

• Ensures high compliance achieve by licensees at each stage (concept, pre-prod to final).
• Ensures a timely communication flow of information from Principals to licensee and vice versa.
• Conduct BA workshops and technical assistance to licensees.
• Ensure that licensees optimize the use of each style guide/trend program.
• Work with sales and ensure that licensees optimize effort to develop/launch product per contract.

Product Development

• Possess sound knowledge of product development process, new technology, seasons, trends & colors.
• Arrange initial product development meetings with key licensees to discuss creative and innovative branding ideas/styling/applications where appropriate.

Creative Projects

• Support sales personnel with appropriate product/premium concept for pitching purpose.
• Supports licensees with product concepts or final artwork.
• Conceptualize impactful Advertising & Marketing materials to support product launch, marketing or retail promotions, store openings etc.

Others

• Manage and disseminate all creative materials.
• Materials include style guides, trend programs, other creative materials, etc.
• Maintenance & security of inventory, crosscheck controls & record keeping on dissemination of proprietary materials.
• Ensure style guide program management – communicate with licensees regarding new and/or discontinued materials.

Job Requirements

• A University Degree/Diploma, preferably design or arts.
• At least 8 years of relevant experience in licensing/advertising agency or related design field, with more than 3 years in a leadership position. Background and understanding of fashion/lifestyle categories and entertainment characters/brands preferred.
• Strong experience with graphics packages (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, etc.).
• Knowledge of After Effect & 3D Program are advantages.
• Able to communicate/write fluently in English.
• Strong leadership capabilities, able to provide support and guidance to team across the region.
• Pro-active, independent, meticulous, and strong time management/organization skills.

This position is responsible for assisting in the planning and direction of the workers and resources of the restaurant for the efficient, well-prepared, and profitable service of food and beverages.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
· Assisting the Restaurant Manager to ensure the smooth operation of the restaurant.

· Assisting the Operations Manager to work with chefs and other personnel to plan menus that are flavourful and popular with customers.

· Work with chefs for efficient provisioning and purchasing of supplies.

· Estimate food and beverage costs.

· Supervise portion control and quantities of preparation to minimize waste.

· Perform frequent checks to ensure consistent high-quality preparation and service.

· To hit all financial targets

· To lead the team on each shift and ensure the company service standards are upheld.

· Work with other management personnel to plan marketing, advertising, and any special restaurant functions.

· Direct hiring, training, and scheduling of food service personnel.

· Investigate and resolve complaints concerning food quality and service.

· Prepare checks that itemize and total meal costs using the Point of Sales system.

This position is responsible for soliciting sales of food and beverage catered events and the execution of the events.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Adhere to the schedule of delivery orders

• Coordinate with a salesperson on customer’s order before delivery

• Proper loading/unloading of catering equipment into the delivery vehicle

• Delivery and collection to island-wide catering places

• Liaise with customers during on-site setup requirement

• Organise set-up & clean-up after each delivery such as buffet reception, seminar events, etc.

• Inventory control for catering equipment used upon collection of orders

• Maintain cleanliness and provide basic service for the assigned delivery vehicle

• Understand and comply with the mandatory hygiene standards and requirements

• Perform any other duties assigned by Operation Manager

REQUIREMENTS

• At least 1 year of working experience in the related field

• Excellent customer service and ability to interact well with clients

This position is responsible for maintaining the food preparation areas, facilities & equipment, and utensils in clean and orderly condition. They will be trained to handle the operations of equipment such as dishwashing machines.
