Role Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Art Investment Sales Director with a proven track record in the art investment market. The ideal candidate will be accountable for generating millions in revenue through strategic sales initiatives across multiple regions, including Europe, Asia, and the Middle East. • Minimum 3 years of relevant design management/coordination experience on projects similar in nature to the Works in the civil contract including design experience in geotechnical works for deep excavation foundation works

· Conceptualizes concept and schematic designs; Carries out feasibility studies and presents design proposals;
