Responsibilities

• Meet and work closely with clients and the Team to ensure smooth workflow
• Preparation of full set presentation - including design concept, space planning for all layouts and selection of materials
• Preparation of design & detail drawings, and time schedule
• Coordination of site handover and monitor fitting-out progress

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Interior Design or relevant courses will be considered
• OR, if you have a minimum of 1 year of experience in residential / commercial projects
• Proficiency in generating 3D computerized perspective visuals / presentation drawings / technical drawings
• Creative and ability to lead a team’s a strong bonus

Position Overview:

We are looking for a creative and enthusiastic UI/UX Design Intern to assist in designing user interfaces and creating seamless user experiences for our web and mobile applications. You will collaborate with product managers, developers, and senior designers to ensure that our products are intuitive, functional, and visually appealing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in designing wireframes, mockups, and prototypes for websites and mobile apps.

• Conduct user research and gather feedback to identify pain points and opportunities for improvement.

• Collaborate with senior designers to refine UI components and design systems.

• Contribute to usability testing and assist in analyzing user feedback.

• Help create and maintain design documentation and assets.

• Work with development teams to ensure design consistency and smooth implementation.

• Participate in design review sessions and receive constructive feedback to improve your skills.

Job Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a diploma in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, HCI, or related fields.

• Familiarity with design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar.

• Basic understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices.

• Strong interest in UI/UX design, with a desire to learn and grow.

• Good communication and collaboration skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• A portfolio showcasing design projects (academic or personal) is a plus.

• Analysis of project requirements and propose the solutions accordingly.

• Development of system technical specifications.

• Development of system architectures and integration with 3rd parties' systems.

• Technical interface with customers and other contractors.

• Realization of testing and commissioning works onsite.

• Network troubleshooting for wired and wireless systems both.

• Technical support to systems once into operation after commissioning.

• Onsite testing and commissioning.

Requirements:

•Tertiary qualification in Electrical and Electronics Engineering

•Minimum 6 years experience working on various communication systems technologies such as fibre-optic transmissions, digital trunked radio, public address and telephony, CCTV surveillance, access management and travel information systems.

•Experience in implementing railway-related projects.
