• Create and propose designs concepts, space layouts planning, and sales quotations
• Communicate effectively with client in order to understand the client’s objectives and needs
• Coordinate and work closely with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure quality work is produced
• Prepare presentations (2D, 3D) for clients
• Propose quotation for clients based on proposed design and layout
• Responsible for the supervision of work progress to ensure project is followed and completed within the timeline

Requirements:

• Preferred Diploma cetificate holder
• Min 3 years and above of relevant working experience
• Knowledge on Autocad & Sketchup & Vray & 3D Max
• Experience in drawing 2D and 3D in residential, commercial and office projects is an advantage
• Basic arithmetic, exceptional communication and interpersonal relationship skills
• Able to work independently

This is a part time job. Job description -

1) The candidate is required to shoot photos and videos on location once or twice a week.

2) The videos have to be edited to create social media posts and art tutorials. This part of the job is remote.

3) Every week, there will be 2 social media videos and 2 - 3 full tutorials in a month.

The job is open to PRs and Singaporeans.
