As the Designer/Senior Designer, you will lead the design and creative execution of marketing initiatives, ensuring cohesive and impactful visuals that represent our diverse brand portfolio. From identity creation to crafting traditional and digital brand and marketing assets, your designs will help drive brand growth and elevate the Les Amis Group’s reputation for excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Design & Execution: Develop & create high-quality designs and assets for print, digital, and collaterals that align with brand guidelines. This may include in-store touchpoints (menus), to collaterals for marketing campaigns
• Conceptualisation: Ideate and execute compelling creative concepts for campaigns and projects.
• Project Management: Working with the marketing team to manage multiple projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and budgets.
• Research & Development: Conduct research and present design options tailored to project requirements.
• Production Support: Prepare print-ready and web-ready files; liaise with partners and vendors to ensure seamless production.
• Photo Editing: Perform photo editing and retouching to refine visual assets.
• Content Creation & Video Editing: Support content creation for social media and digital campaigns, including videos for organic posts and paid ads. Edit and optimise video content to align with campaign objectives and brand identity.

Requirements

• 3–5 years in a design house, creative agency, or similar role preferred.
• Diploma or degree in Visual Communications, Graphic Design, or a related field
• Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects). Knowledge of Canva and CapCut is a plus.
• Experience with video editing tools and social content creation is essential.
• Strong creative and visual design abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Ability to deliver high-quality designs under short timelines.
• Excellent organisational, time management, and communication skills. Collaborative mindset and ability to articulate and implement design concepts effectively.
• Friendly, calm, and adaptable personality with a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
• Singaporean or Permanent Resident (PR) only.

Bonus Skills (Preferred)

• Interest or experience in food styling and photography.
• Ability to create mood boards and storyboards for projects.
• Knowledge of print production and packaging design.

Shortlisted candidates may be required to complete a live business case study to assess their creative thinking, instincts, and technical expertise.

Responsibilities:

• Produce design concepts - includes space planning, render 3D perspectives and construction drawings
• To receive requirement brief and discuss project with internal design team and external contractors/suppliers
• Source and select materials, furnishings, lighting fixtures and accessories that enhance the overall design concept
• Prepare presentation materials and design documentations
• Any other ad hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years of working experience in Interior Design, preferably specializing in Corporate Office Interior Design
• Recognized Diploma/Degree in Interior Design, Architecture or equivalent
• Proficient in AutoCAD, 3Ds Max, V-ray, Photoshop and other design related software
• Possess excellent design flair and highly creative with a good eye for design details
• Strong in conceptual design and space planning skills with strong design portfolio
• Positive attitude, result-oriented and a good team player
• Able to work under pressure and with a sense of urgency to meet tight deadlines
